During this full day HR2020 Survey Results Workshop, IU Human Resources will present the results and discuss the recent surveys administered by Towers Watson/KMPG. In addition, a summary of the feedback from over 25 focus groups conducted across all campuses by Bryah HR Strategies, Inc. will be presented. The surveys and focus groups bring together feedback on how HR programs and services are delivered at IU and how well they are meeting the needs of customers.
